Running, levelled up

Training that plays like a game.

RUSA turns a real running plan into a path you climb. Finish a workout, earn XP, level up — and watch the next marker unlock.

In development. iPhone first.

How it works

Every run moves you forward.

The plan is real coaching — intervals, threshold work, long runs. The progression on top is what gets you out the door.

Run it your way

Use whatever you already run with. Finish, then pull the run in from Apple Health and log it against the workout.

What that looks like

Ran hard on Tuesday?
Thursday's threshold session opens when you have had the nights to absorb it — not because the calendar says Thursday.

Away for two weeks?
Come back and pick up the same workout. Your level is untouched.

Coach Pete makes sure you reach your goals

Pete reads how your training is actually going and adjusts the path — easing off when you need it, pushing when you are ready. The goal at the end of the path stays where it is.

No missed days

Nothing is tied to a date.

Most plans hand you a calendar and let you fall behind it. RUSA counts nights of recovery instead. Rest as long as you need — the next workout is waiting when you get back, exactly where you left it.

There is no streak to break and nothing to apologise for.

Thursday got away from you, and Saturday went with it. Two runs missed, a week to write off, and a plan you are now behind.

Thursday became a rest night, and Pete moved what was left to the days you did run. Nothing missed, nothing to catch up on.

Plans

Pick a goal worth chasing.

Each plan is a full path, built end to end, finishing at a boss run.

A real goal at the end

Every plan points at something concrete — a distance, a time, a first finish line — and every workout on the path is there because that goal needs it.

Built end to end

Weeks that build, a breather when you have earned one, a mini-boss to test yourself against — and the boss run itself waiting at the last marker.
