Terms of Service

Last updated 28 July 2026

These terms apply when you use the RUSA app or rusaapp.com. By creating an account you agree to them. RUSA is provided by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME OR COMPANY, ORG. NUMBER], Sweden.

RUSA is not medical advice

This one matters more than the rest, so it goes first. RUSA provides general training plans. It is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a qualified coach, and nothing in the app is medical advice or a treatment plan.

Running carries risk of injury. Before starting or substantially changing a training programme — particularly if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, an existing injury, or any medical condition that exercise could affect — talk to a qualified professional. If something hurts, stop. If you feel chest pain, faintness or severe breathlessness while exercising, stop and seek medical help.

You decide what you run. The plan is a suggestion, and you are responsible for judging whether a given workout is sensible for you on a given day.

Your account

Acceptable use

Do not:

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Your content

Notes, run data and anything else you add stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service. We do not claim ownership and we do not publish it.

Our content

The RUSA name, logo, app, design and training plans belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may use them only as part of using RUSA normally.

Availability

RUSA is under active development. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and there may be downtime. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may end the service with reasonable notice — in which case you will be able to export your data first.

Price

RUSA is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will say so clearly beforehand, and we will never start charging for something you already have without telling you first.

Liability

RUSA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or injury arising from training you chose to do.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under Swedish and EU law. Those rights apply regardless of what this document says.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. See Support for how.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use RUSA afterwards means you accept the new version.

Governing law

Swedish law applies, and disputes go to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
